At Ahavat Garden, we want you to love what you wear and feel confident in every purchase. Since our products are made to order and printed individually, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind). However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all our items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email here] with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item, including the defect
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping once the updated address is confirmed.
Lost Packages
If your order seems lost in transit or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
